Sau 3 năm triển khai (2016 -2019), thực hiện Thỏa thuận Hợp tác giữa Tổng Liên đoàn Lao động Việt Nam (LĐLĐVN) và Cty Cổ phần Hỗ trợ Dịch vụ Thanh toán Việt Phú (Mobivi), “Chương trình phúc lợi iCare” cho người lao động (NLĐ) đã và đang nhận được sự hưởng ứng, hoan nghênh của đoàn viên Công đoàn (CĐ), NLĐ và CĐ các cấp.

Mang lại lợi ích cho NLĐ

Vào năm 2017, chị Phan Thị Linh - cán bộ CĐ Công ty Sheen Bridge (Long An) - đã chia sẻ rằng, chị biết đến “Chương trình phúc lợi iCare” từ một số cán bộ CĐ của công ty bạn trong một lần đi công tác, tập huấn trao đổi nghiệp vụ. Nhận thấy rằng, khi tham gia chương trình, NLĐ sẽ có nhiều lợi ích khi được mua sắm các vật dụng gia đình với phương thức được trả chậm mà không phải trả lãi suất, chị đã nghĩ đến việc đưa chương trình về cho NLĐ của công ty mình. Cooperation between Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and Mobivi

iCARE BENEFITS PROGRAM BRINGS A LOT OF SPECIFIC BENEFITS FOR WORKERS

After 3 years of implementation (2016-2019), implementing the Cooperation Agreement between the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VCCL) and Viet Phu Payment Service Support Corporation (Mobivi), iCare Benefits Program (The program) for Workers has been receiving the applause and welcome from Union members, Workers and Trade Unions at all levels.

Benefits for Workers

In 2017, Ms. Phan Thi Linh - Union Officer of Sheen Bridge Company (Long An) said that she knew the “iCare Benefits Program” from her friend’s company's Union Labor members in her business trip and training on professional exchange. She realized that workers will have many benefits of buying household appliances by installment payment without interest if they take part in this program, so she thought she should have taken the program into her company's workers.

However, her wish was rejected by the business leader in the first time because they thought that Mobivi and partners worked only for profit, same to other financial company as well. To convince her company management, she has become a member of The program and bought its products and assessed the quality, then considered the installment plan of the program. After considering the practicality and benefits for the workers, she was approved by the leadership and introduced The program to her company workers.  After that, about half of Sheen Bridge's workers joined and became members of The program after only one year of coordination.

Chairman of Trade Union of Pousung Company, Mr. Le Nhat Truong talked about the Program as follows: “The program brought many social benefits and decreased life burden for most of workers and their family who had low income”. At the same time, he also hopes that the Program will have more sustainable and necessary products for workers such as house, health and education for their children,etc.

 

Accompanying with Trade Union to take care of workers

The Program has accompanied and coordinated to Trade unions in taking care of union members and workers and improving their life. Also, the program’s goal is to provide the necessary, quality products and services with good cost and cash loan from Mobivi's partners.

Mobivi has brought the corporate social responsibility spirit in working with VGCL to implement effective programs and activities to increase the workers life. Mobivi also organizes propaganda, promotion, seminars, talks, dialogues to help Union members and workers understand The program, their rights and benefits once participating in The Program, as well as regularly updated new products, services, preferential support policies for Union members and workers.

Beside of The program ‘s strength - providing necessary products, Mobivi has been working with partners to concentrate on providing more healthcare services (such as HPV vaccine (cervical cancer prevention) service, reproductive health check service for female workers, etc.) by installment payment without interests. Recently, Mobivi and partner has launched a cash advance product to support workers in solving difficulties in life in time, so they can focus on work and avoid the risk get loans from"black market”.

Currently, Mobivi has signed 17 Cooperation Agreements with the Confederation of Labor in provinces / cities levels/ Thanh Hoa economic zones, Nghi Son Economic Zone, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Vinh Phuc and Hanoi, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Da Nang, HCM, Dong Nai, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, Long An, Tien Giang . Especially, in the process of implementing the program, Union members also participated enthusiastically in consulting, contributing their ideas to improve the quality of the program and give better benefits for trade union members and workers

During the 3 years of implementing the signed agreement with the VGCL, The Program supported 29.3 billion VND for the Reunion program in Lunar New Year, Workers of the month, training financial management skills for 10 Trade unions in Labor Conference in Dong Nai, supporting trade union fund to carry out activities to take care of workers' living in 24 Labor Conference in Province/ cities levels and industrial zones

Member of the Executive Board of VGCL, Ms. Vu Thi Loan, Deputy Head of Division of Social-Economic Policy & Emulation and Reward of the General Confederation said that Viet Phu Payment Service Support Company ‘s iCare Benefits Program contributed to take care of the material and spiritual life for Labor Union members and workers. In addition, many business leaders and the Trade Union Standing Committee of businesses have considered The Program as a benefit value for workers, this is a way to build a harmonious and stable and long-term labor relationship between employers and employees.
